Terms and Conditions


Using the website to book an event online, pay at the door or by Bank deposit indicates that you accept these terms and conditions.


1.0 Definitions


The terms have the following meanings: - (a) 'The Customer' - Any person, company, partnership, organisation or body requesting the product or services from ASK Group, Muslim Networking. (b) 'The Organiser' - ASK Group, Muslim Networking, which is an internet website events provider and includes the partners, employees or appointed agents, venue and service providers of Group, Muslim Networking.


2.0 Reservation of events


The Customer is entitled to a full refund if the Organiser cancels the event altogether or the event is postponed for more than 4 weeks to which the Customer paid for.

If for whatever reason the Customer cannot attend the booked event, the Customer can transfer the place on to a known friend (an individual who is a close associate to the Customer) by emailing Group, Muslim Networking not less than 24 hours before the booked event on events@muslimnetworking.co.uk

It may be necessary for reasons within or beyond the control of the Organiser to change the date, venue, time, or number of places.


3.0 Liability


The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred should an event be postponed or cancelled.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to, negligence, the Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages or loss of property, money, business, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss.

The Organiser takes no responsibility or liability for the actions of third parties or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential special loss.


4.0 Usage


The Customer can not use any products or services provided by the Organiser for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal conduct or speech of any other party or any infringement or violation of another's rights, including intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of services and if required reported to appropriate authorities.

The Customer agrees to absolve and indemnify the Organiser of any liability, including all actions, proceedings, costs demands and claims arising from any breach, and to assume all responsibility for any violations and legal actions which may arise at any time in the future.


5.0 Privacy policy


The Organiser shall use information provided by the Customer in relation to this agreement in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


6.0 Revision of terms and conditions


ASK Group, Muslim Networking may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review all this information at the time of booking. These changes will be effective and binding from when they appear on this site.
